Harmonic oscillator

Have you ever seen one of these charts? It's a software predictive chart by Patrick Mikula. Theres a swing Indicator with Pure Divergence oscillator, What I'm Interested in is the accuracy of the Harmonic Future Projection oscillator. He has another name for it,but this is what I call it.

In a book called "Harmonic Analysis" the author that goes by AWONDALE suggests that Delbert Gann had actually devised an oscillator by using mathematic formulas and May have been producing an  'Forward Looking' Oscillator by hand. Can you even imagine the advantage of even a single EMA. back in the day of Ticker Tape.
I ran a quick scan through all the Indices's and they are very similar, the NYSE was the deepest.I wanted this recorded to watch the accuracy or if it even works.
