Transports and the Cloud

I thought this is a Good chart for I-Cloud analysis, The distance as marked by the yellow lines are a pretty good indicator of a pullback thats due. Also the distance of the 9 Price Bar (Tenkan-sen) from the 26 Price Bar (Kijun-sen) is a large spread from each other. The Kijun-sen Line with the blue bar under it also gives us a Target Price. The Cloud (Senkou Span A) Edge with the Red line also gives us an Idea of the Time required for a pullback. The Tenkan-sen (9) and Kijun-sen (26) works much in the same manner as selection of moving averages but are not smoothed. In example, if using a 20 simple moving average and a 50 simple moving average and a 200 moving average and the 20/50 have an large distance in relation to the 200 ma. the price action is said to be overbought and regresses to the 200 ma. The formation of the cloud gives us Time and a Price Burden. Pretty Neat.
