The S&P and the Dow are similar, there is a early Buy signal cross over. As we can see the Full Stochastic is getting in the over sold territory as the KST is testing the ZLR. Momentum needs to keep pushing to get the Price above the cloud resistance before declaring this Bullish again,also the lagging line has a ways to go in Time before confirming.
